All Orders received on RG Collections are subjected to the following rules & regulations

A big big thank you!

We thank you for following our page and showing interest in purchasing from us. We always strive our best to deliver the best quality products at affordable rates to you along with our personalized service. We sincerely hope that you have liked our products and are even more excited to present our exclusive collections each day. 

All orders from our customers who have ordered from us are subjected to the following rules and regulations.

  1. Order Processing:

    1. All orders are processed sequentially in the order we receive it. Urgent Orders may be processed on request, but it is not guaranteed.

    2. We follow a online-physical-combined-retail/wholesale business model, as per which most of the items presented online are displayed at our outlets for purchase. This means even if an online order for an item is under pending payment/enquiry stage, there are chances that the same item may get sold out at any of our outlets. All customers who make payment for the items are requested to make instant payment upon enquiry/availability confirmation from our side to avoid the above said issue.

    3. As mentioned in Section 1.2, we will only block the item(s) from further sales at our outlets upon receiving confirmed payment notification from the customers. Delayed payments may lead to unavailability of selected item(s) and in such cases the customers are prompted for replacement of the item(s) from the available stocks. No Refund will be processed in above disclosed cases of delayed payments.

    4. No cancellation of orders after placing the order. In any case refund is requested due to issues from our side such as unavailability/damaged items, you will be advised to swap the items with other designs or the amount will be carried forward for your next order. 

    5. All the ORDERED ITEMS are not guaranteed to be delivered as stock availability may be fluctuating due to multiple orders at same instant at our shops and via multiple Online platforms, as in Section 1.2, and FIRST PAID ORDERS will get preference. Those customers with unfulfilled orders may then be asked for product swap from our available stock and the order will be processed thereafter. NO REFUND for any of the out of stock items in any cases.

    6. Pre-ordered items may get sold out from the supplier during the time period of placing the order, hence those items are not guaranteed to be delivered. In such cases, the customers can either swap with other available designs or a refund may be processed within 1 week from the date of cancellation.

    7. No Booking/reserving the products without payment as PAID ORDERS are processed FIRST.

  2. Shipping Charges and Delivery

    1. We provide a limited time offer of FREE SHIPPING within West Malaysia for orders above RM 100 and to East Malaysia for orders above RM 150.

    2. For all other orders that don't meet criteria in Section 2.1, normal shipping charges of RM 10 within West Malaysia and RM 20 within East Malaysia applies.

    3. We provide Express shipping via our selected courier service partners within West Malaysia and East Malaysia.

    4. Customers can demand for preferred courier service while placing the order. However, it is subjected to the availability of the courier through our booking platform.

    5. SHIPPING PERIOD is normally within 3-7 working days for ready stock items and min 2 weeks for Pre-order items, however that may be varied due to stock unavailability/courier delays or other valid reasons.

  3. Tracking and Courier Status:

    1. Tracking details are usually shared within 3 working days from the date of payment. In some cases, it may further be delayed due to stock unavailability or other valid reasons.

    2. SHIPPING PERIOD is normally within 3-7 working days from the date of sharing the tracking details, however that may be varied due to stock unavailability/courier delays or other valid reasons. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not counted as the courier service won’t be operating on such days.

    3. Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment from time to time once we provide the tracking details. In case of delayed deliveries, customers are advised to contact the respective courier company with the given tracking details for collecting the item. Customers can contact us only if there is no response from the courier company, and in such cases, we will report the parcel as missing/delayed to the respective courier service and will await for their response. This process may further delay the delivery and we can only assist you by contacting the courier service with the tracking details. No refund will be provided for delayed parcels during the delivery. In case of missing parcels during the delivery process, we will report the parcel as missing and await for the approval of the insurance claim by us from the courier company. In such cases, the refund or other requests from the customers are only processed once we receive a proper refund from the respective courier service company.

    4. COURIER DELAYS: In case of courier delays during transit, customers are responsible for directly liaising with the courier service using the tracking ID for faster results. In case the attempts by customers couldn’t track the item, we may be able to assist the customers by sending an email to the courier company for detailed information. This process will be delayed and immediate results are not guaranteed from our side.

  4. Copyright and Trademark:

    1. All our IMAGES are subjected to image copyrights under Malaysian IP & Copyright Act and no reproduction/reuse/resharing of our images without our concern is strictly prohibited. If any such activity is noticed, we will immediately proceed with the necessary legal action.

    2. Using our business name/trade name/address/contact details without our concern is strictly prohibited and if any such activity is noticed, we will proceed with the necessary legal action.

  5. Returns and Replacement Policy:

    1. Returns: Returns accepted for any manufacturing defect only. Kindly provide unboxing video and clear pictures of damaged products via WhatsApp or Instagram (i.e. through the same channel you have placed your order) within 24 hours from the date of receiving the item, our team will reply you with an approval/reject message. Please use proper packing for returning the products and provide us with a tracking number. Customer has to bear return shipping charges. 

    2. Replacement Policy – Subject to the above mentioned time limits and process steps in Section 5.1-  Only replacement will be provided for the damaged product, either with the same product or a new product on your future purchases from our store. No Refund will be provided.

    3. Missing Product: We check twice your order before shipping to confirm we have sent you all items listed in your invoice. So please kindly double check the quantity you have received. Sometimes any item gets pressed by another item. Finally if you confirm a missing item in your order, please check your parcel whether it is delivered to you in good condition. Please share the unboxing video of the parcel together with pictures of the parcel and items you have received within 24 hours from receiving the items. In such a case we will check our log file to determine any discrepancy in quantity/items what you have been sent and quantity what has been marked with us. If we find any mistake from our side, we will refund you the full amount of that missing item or the amount can be carried forward for your next order.

    4. Defective or Damaged item during transit: We thoroughly check the quality of all items prior to shipping. In case if the customer found a faulty item, that should be caused during the transit and we DO NOT PROVIDE cash REFUND for any of the damaged items. If there is some minor defect in product like some of the stones are not fixed properly or they are out due to long distance transport we will suggest you fix them at your end,  we may provide you some extra stones and some store credit as per our mutual discussion.  Please share the pictures of the parcel and the items you have received within 24 hours from receiving the items for reporting damaged items. If we are convinced that an item is damaged during transit, we may process a partial (up to 50% of item price) refund in form of store credits to the customer, which they can redeem during their next purchase stating the above issues.

    5. Wrong Product Received: If you receive products different than you ordered, please inform us along with pictures of items received within 1 day of receiving shipment, we will refund you the item cost or will add the item cost as store credit for use on your next order.

    6. Product Guarantee: We do not provide guarantee for any of the items purchased from us. However, we request our customers to properly handle and store the items as in succeeding Section 7, which will prolong the life of the items purchased from us. 

    7. Points to note –

      1. All the refunds will be issued in the form of our store credit. 

      2. For international shipments all the customs duty, import charges and any other taxes will be paid by the buyer only. 

      3. Size of the product may vary a little bit so that we will not be liable for any replacement or refund. 

      4. Shipping charges for return will be paid by the buyer only.

      5. In any case, the parcel is undeliverable and returned to us, we will charge you the shipping amount you have paid. If the customer still wants us to resend the parcel, we will charge you with an additional shipping fee for delivering the parcel. 

  6. Cancellation Policy

    1. The RG Collections’ team believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

                Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made before the order has been processed and the ordered items blocked from selling at our shops. Once we block the ordered items from selling at our shops no cancellation request is entertained.
There will not be any cancellation if the order has been dispatched / shipped.
No cancellations are entertained for those products/orders that the RG Collections marketing team has obtained for special Festival occasions. These are limited occasion offers, and therefore cancellations are not possible.

  1. Customer Care:

    1. Communication is through text format only and simultaneous messaging through multiple platforms (WhatsApp/Instagram/FB) may cause further delays in response as is understood.

    2. WhatsApp/FB Orders will be accepted on certain occasions only: W.e.f: 15 Oct 2018. All your purchases should be through Instagram direct messages. Other forms of messaging may get  delayed/no response.

  2. Action against misuse of social media/other online platforms:

    1. We are committed to giving you products with the best design and quality. We do check all the items manually to ensure that you won’t get any kind of defective or damaged product and to maintain the quality. All items are thoroughly checked by an expert prior to shipping. In case of product damages/similar problems, customers are advised to contact our customer care.

    2. Some orders are delayed in certain circumstances, such as due to unavailability of items/damaged products etc. This might cause shipment delays and will be notified to the respective customers upon shipment of the item.

    3. We are not responsible for any courier delays once the item is shipped from our location. Customers are requested to follow up with the courier service with the provided details for faster delivery.

    4. Any form of  false statements/harassment/threats/falsification through social media will be treated as per Malaysian MCMC law (OR) MY Act 803, whichever is applicable and proper notices will be issued to those and will proceed with the necessary legal action.

  3. Product Care Instructions

    1. Care Instruction : Avoid Heat & Chemicals Like perfume, Deo, Alcohol, etc. and pack in an airtight Container after use.

    2. Clean the products with Dry cotton Cloth or dry tissue after each use for longevity of the product quality

  4. Privacy Policy

          This privacy policy sets out how this RG Collections/ Our website (hereafter "the Store") uses and protects any information that you give the Store while using this website. The Store is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. The Store may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes.

  1. What We Collect: We may collect the following information: We do not permanently store any of the personal information related to our customers. However, we may temporarily collect the name, contact information including email address demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers. We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons: Internal record keeping. We may use the information to improve our products and services. We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided. From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone, fax or mail. We may use the information to customize the website according to your interests.

  2. Security: We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
