- We help you earn by selling our products. You don't have to keep any stocks at all.
- All you need to do is to place order with us via our website.
- We will deliver the parcel directly to your customers.
HOW TO PLACE ORDER VIA WEBSITE
- Register in our website with your email. (You will receive dropship Number ).
- Sell our product using our pics through your social media. (Any)
- Check availability and Add the item to CART and place the order (to block item) via our website before you accept an order from your customer. You can pay for the order via website once customer pays you.
- When customer makes an order, order the same products from our website (use your dropship code) and give your Customer's Name & Shipping address. Fill up ur name and address in billing Collum. In the remark write ur Dropship Number( will be provided )
- We will ship the products to your customer.
- Track the parcel through our website.
DROPSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
We, RG COLLECTIONS wish to thank you for your interest in our products. As our Dropshipper you will enjoy special discounts and privileges which will be announced by from time to time.
Upon payment of RM50 (Dropshipper annual registration fee), you are hereby agree to our Terms and Conditions as listed below.
Please be informed that Dropship is only applicable to ONLINE transaction via our website and not for walk-in transaction in our physical store.
We offer attractive BONUS packages in addition to the regular profit over your sale. In order to avail this packages you should have a minimum sale of at least RM 1000 in a month.

DESIGN/PRODUCT PICTURE SHARING
- We provide images of all the products via viewable link to registered members. Only selected products are available for dropshipping (NOT all Instagram/fb products are available for dropshipping).
- You are allowed to further edit and share the product pictures to your customers.
MISCELLANEOUS
- We ensure strict quality checks of the products prior to upload in website/Instagram and during packing. The product pics will be shared to you prior to each packing and delivery of the product.
- We are not responsible for damages of the product during transit and strictly NO RETURN/REFUND will be provided on such cases.
- We ensure to provide true color images of the products and we shall not accept any responsibility on any mismatch in color due to the difference in appearence in your device.
- We ensure to maintain a minimum quantity of each product for dropship orders. The product availability is on ‘first come first serve’ basis. In certain circumstances the design /product may become out of stock in website due to high volume of orders. In such cases, you are advised to liase with your customer to either replace the design with any other available products/designs.
- In unusual circumstances, we have the absolute right to accept or cancel your order without further reference to you.
- We reserve the right to use which courier service to opt for delivery and shall notify Dropshipper the estimated time frame on delivery of the Products (depending on the courier service).
- We shall not be responsible for missed delivery due to wrong address or incomplete delivery details. Please ensure that the information provided to us is complete, true and up-to-date.
- We will use credible courier service in which the quality of delivery is recommended and shall not be held liable if the Products ordered are lost during delivery.
- We will use only your name and contact no. (with our address) for courier shipping and we won’t use our brand name/contact for dropship couriers.
- For shipping within Malaysia, we charge RM 10 for each parcel (W. Malaysia) and RM 20 (E. Malaysia) for any number of items.
- For international shipping, courier surcharges or import duties may be informed prior to accepting the order.
- In case, the product is undelivered the item may return to us and will be informed to you once we receive the item. We will incur the shipping charge as mentioned above for all undelivered parcels.
- We are not responsible for late/delayed delivery by the courier service. We encourage you to liase with the courier service for the parcel updates using the given tracking details.
- If there are any errors in quantities or damage to the Products, Dropshipper should immediately contact us with unboxing video/pics within 24 hrs to handle the matter.
- Dropshippers are not allowed to bad-mouth or defame our name or any of our Products.
- Our dropshipping is handled by a separate team, so strictly no related messages in FB/Instagram. We will try our best to give faster replies via Whatsapp.
- We reserve the right to take any action without notice to the Dropshipper in the event the Dropshipper failed, refused or neglected to abide by the Terms and Conditions.
- We ensure that all personal data and any information obtained from the Dropshipper will be used only for the purposes of registration and records. Any personal information of the Dropshipper collected is pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
- We welcome any feedback and but we do not give any warranty for our products and the customers are advised to handle and store the products in an airtight container and without chemical contact for long term use.
- We will not entertain any request for replacement of products upon receipt of the said product.
- In case, the parcel goes missing during transit, you may claim the insurance amount from the courier service by submitting proof of parcel and contents. *****NO REFUND****
